2011 Riserva

Chianti Classico “Doccio a Matteo” Riserva 2011 is the expression of a great warme growing season. The selection of the grapes Sangiovese in the vineyard “Doccio a Matteo” and Colorino and Ancelotta grapes produced an exclusive wine.
Intense purple color, in the mouth is strong and crisp. A long finish envelopes the palate with a slight spiciness sensations permanent, remarkable synthesis between tradition and modernity. It will be full appraiced after 2016, but still now it's very particular wine to drink with Tuscan food.
Yet again Caparsa offers its fans a natural select wine of elegant fruit, true expression of an excellent vintage.
