Caparsino Chianti Classico Riserva is Caparsa’s most famous wine. The first vintage produced was in 1982.
This wine is made mainly from hand-harvested Sangiovese grapes. It is aged in oak barrels for a period that varies depending on the vintage; in this case, for around 14 months. It then undergoes a second ageing process in concrete vats.
