Vin santo 1999

Wine obtained from the natural drying of Malvasia Bianca and Trebbiano Toscano grapes, with a small percentage of Malvasia Nera. The must obtained is matured in small kegs for several years. The Vin Santo di Caparsa is an expression of a Chianti peasant cultural tradition. It is a wine that can mature in the bottle for infinite years, due to its oxidative characteristics. Excellent with Prato cantuccini biscuits or dry pastries, but also with sheep and goat cheeses.
