Wine macerated in Impruneta amphora for seven months.
The grapes for this wine, Trebbiano and Malvasia Bianca di Caparsa, impart hints of exotic, but not aromatic fruit.
A white wine with marked tannins, it is long in the mouth and surprises the consumer with its originality.
The yellow colour is reminiscent of a meadow with dandelion flowers. Goes well with fish, cheese and meat.
