Bianco 2019

The white wine of Caparsino 2018 is produced from the grapes of Trebbiano (50 %) and Malvasia Bianca (50 %) produced and processed a Caparsa with indigenous yeasts. The wine mature for three months period on Wild Yeast. The wine allows an impressive longevity and it is an expression of the typical ancient white wine of Chianti. Bottled Nr. 800 bottles of 0,75 liter capacity.
