The wine was made using the Classic method (like champagne) using 100% Sangiovese: In the label it is not the year and it is classified like table "sparkling wine 2016" for simplicity. It is the first wine produced by Filippo Cianferoni, a son of Paul.
It is clear, with very fine bubbles, slightly tannic (typical tannin of the sangiovese), it is original and unique in its kind.
