Riserva 2003

Chianti Classico “Caparsino” 2003 represents yet again the typicity of Radda in Chianti. The finesse of the wine is the pivot on which all the noble characteristic centre on: Polifenols, Tannin, Acidity and Alcohol. Produced from a vineyard rich in deep underground water, not without difficulty due to the particularly hot climate of the vintage. This wine expresses on the palate a lively, fine and elegant freshness with an aftertaste that indicatesa perfect vinification and immaculate cleanliness. The fruitness is evident; the long finish gives way to a light and not overwhelming spice. Due to its charatteristics the wine will be long lived, but is already enjoy able now. This wine has been selected from Regione Toscana and Enoteca Italiana in Selection of wines in Tuscany 2007”
