Riserva 2019

Chianti Classico Riserva 2018 is the most representative wine of Caparsa: 100% Sangiovese

Chianti Classico Riserva 'Caparsino' 2019 is Caparsa's most famous wine: the first vintage produced was 1982. This wine is made from hand-picked Sangiovese grapes and is matured in oak barrels, more or less for a long time depending on the vintage, in this case about 15 months. The 2019 vintage has produced a wine of medium-high structure, fine and already pleasant from the date of bottling with predominantly dark fruit aromas, but which in the finish are lit up with colours of redder fruit. The selection of Caparsa's grapes from vineyards surrounded by woods has yielded results of absolute excellence. Caparsa offers its connoisseurs a Chianti Classico wine from Radda in Chianti that is spontaneous, authentic and of value.
