2012 Riserva

Chianti Classico “Doccio a Matteo” Riserva 2012 is the expression of a medium/warme growing season. The selection of the grapes Sangiovese in the vineyard “Doccio a Matteo” and Colorino and Ancelotta grapes produced an exclusive wine.
Intense purple color, in the mouth the tannins are well present, strong and crisp. As always, the acidity is well evident as the wines of Radda in Chianti. A long finish envelopes the palate with a spiciness sensations permanent, remarkable synthesis between tradition and modernity. It will be full appraiced after 2018, but still now it's very particular wine to drink with Tuscan food.
Yet again Caparsa offers its fans a natural wine true expression of terroir and the nature of Paolo Cianferoni in a excellent vintage.
